Mr Rudiger Heidebrecht spoke to Blogactiv at the 5th Annual European Water Association Conference. He works for the German Association for Water, Wastewater and Waste as Head of Department for Training and International Cooperation. He explains the experience of Germany in implementing the two European Water Directives.
